Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Office of the CEO, India Team at BMC, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic change programs and initiatives while driving corporate PMO activities. Your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to excellence will be key in establishing and sustaining governance and administration of strategic projects across India. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage program resources, and champion best practices to ensure the efficient and effective management of India programs. Key Responsibilities: - Stakeholder management, including Business Management and Technology Management - Establishing and chairing site leadership forums and R&D leadership working groups - Managing the R&RS/RACI matrix across programs - Planning, budgeting, resourcing, and managing issues, risks, and dependencies - Leading client site visits and coordinating with various functions such as IS&T, Procurement, R&D, Finance, Sales, GSD, Facilities, and HR - Collecting, analyzing, and distributing management information across initiatives - Serving as a point of contact for logistics and governance for site-wide programs - Championing best practices and leading the implementation of PMO processes and procedures - Identifying areas for change and leading initiatives to drive improvements - Supporting the implementation of project management best practices - Creating monthly site snapshots, QBR decks, Executive Decks, and Town Hall Decks Qualifications Required: - Highly motivated, self-starter, and mature leader with a keen eye for details - Dynamic and effective communicator at all levels - Proven experience in managing enterprise-level initiatives and program timelines, risks, resources, scope, and budget - Exceptional influencing and motivational skills - Strong program management and PMO experience - Knowledge of best practices in project/program management methodology, standards, reporting, and tools - 10+ years of program/project management experience, including 2+ years in Corporate PMO - Proficiency in Project Management Tool (MS Project) - Additional Preferred Experience: 2+ years consulting experience, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools experience Company Details: BMC is an award-winning, equal opportunity, and culturally diverse organization that values giving back to the community.
