Job Description

As part of the Office of the CEO, India Team, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic change programs, initiatives, and corporate PMO. You will serve as an advisor, confidant, gatekeeper, and strategic consultant to the India CEO and Site Leaders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage stakeholder relationships including Business Management and Technology Management - Establish and lead site leadership forums and working groups with cross-functional representation - Oversee planning, budgeting, resourcing, issue, risk, and dependency management across programs - Coordinate with various departments for client site visits and program coordination - Drive the collection, analysis, and distribution of management information across initiatives - Champion best practices and lead the implementation of PMO processes and procedures - Identify areas for change and work with directors to lead change initiatives - Act as a subject matter expert to support project management best practices - Create various decks and snapshots for site-wide programs **Qualifications Required:** - Highly motivated and self-starter with strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills in structured and matrix setups - Proven experience in managing enterprise-level initiatives, timelines, risks, and budgets - Results-oriented and organized in steering across the organization - Exceptional influencing and motivational skills - Strong program management and PMO experience across multiple businesses - Extensive knowledge and experience in applying best practices to project/program management If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for innovation and a desire to work in a collaborative environment, BMC welcomes you to apply for this role.
