MBA with Top Tier Institute with 6+ years of experience with Gen AI Projects Background

CTC : Upto 40 Lacs


Position Overview:

The PMO will work closely with the Global Head to support enterprise-wide initiatives, coordinate with various business leaders and functions, and ensure successful execution of technology transformation projects. This role requires strong program management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders to achieve organizational goals

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Coordination:

  • Support the CXO in planning, managing, and tracking key technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate with leaders across IT, business units, and shared services to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and regularly update the CXO and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between the CXO and various functions to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate the alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives across departments.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and accountability.

Project Governance & Reporting:

  • Establish simple governance processes to track progress, risks, and outcomes of critical projects.
  • Create concise and impactful presentations for leadership updates using PowerPoint.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards in Excel to provide visibility into program performance and KPIs.

Hands-On Support:

  • Assist in identifying and addressing challenges with a practical, solution-driven approach.
  • Provide hands-on support for planning, organizing, and executing technology programs.

Change Management & Adoption:

  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Coordinate training and communication efforts to minimize disruption during transitions

Key Attributes:

  • Strong background in Project Management
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Budget ownership experience
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with analysts and advisors
  • Technologically savvy with a forward-looking mindset
  • Preferred location: AMR Office, Hybrid
