Director - Procure to Pay Systems

This is a remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in India.

The person hired at this position l eads Implementation of standardized end-to-end Procure to Pay processes and systems. Collaboration with business for the improvement, implementation and support of procurement S2P space.

Regularly performed tasks that largely determine the function:

• Design, Implementation and Support of Standardized S2P process (SAP S4 Hana, SAP Material Management SAP MDG-S, SAP MDG-M, Source to Contract i.e e-sourcing, CLM, Master Data).
• Analysis of existing S2P processes and execute the adaptation to systems in collaboration with ITS team and AMS partner.
• IT/Delivery lead for programs in the S2P space, especially (S2C, Direct procurement, master data)
• Identification and implementation of best practices (in collaboration with Global Procurement).
• Support all business units with S2P process, system expertise where necessary.
• Mobilization and integration with the cross functional teams.
• Support Fit to Template analyses within the scope of the projects.
• Monitoring and further development of the harmonized S2P landscape globally.
• Analysis of the value drivers and monitoring the realization of benefits.

Requirements:

• Completed studies and/or several years of professional experience in purchasing processes & tools.
• Several years of professional experience in Procurement Processes and Systems (SAP S2P)
• Professional, results-oriented attitude and customer focused way of working.
