Role Purpose:

Core Responsibilities:

Project/Service Delivery Management

T&M, Managed Services, and Fixed Bid models
On-time, SLA/KPI/milestone-driven delivery

Project Financial Management

Budget tracking, cost control, revenue leakage, profitability analysis

Risk & Issue Management

Risk identification, escalation handling, and mitigation planning

KPI Dashboarding & Reporting

SLA metrics, utilization, cost variance, billing efficiency

Governance Frameworks & PMO Compliance

PMO governance structures, compliance audits, health checks

Portfolio & Resource Management

Portfolio planning, resource optimization, and utilization tracking

Certifications

PMP or other PMO certifications (Must-have)

Key Skills:

Proven expertise in
Service Delivery Management
(held titles such as Delivery Director / Service Delivery Manager).
Certified in
PMP and PMO frameworks
