Job Description

Qualification Profile:

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering With Minimum 20 Years experience in executing Civil Construction Projects, especially having experience in Highrise Buildings / Factory / Ware House, Industrial Buildings.
Experience in handling minimum 20 to 30 Engineers.
Good Communication Skill Written and oral,
Experience in ERP Software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

He is the Head of projects under his control and is overall in charge of these projects.
Responsibilities Include :-
Prepare and update Dynamic schedule.
Preparing resource planning and obtaining approval from President- Projects for deployment of required Plant & Machineries and Manpower.
Organising and Mobilising the Manpower and Machineries as per site requirements.
Participating in Project Review meetings and providing support.
Attend client meetings and ensure compliance of client, suggestions and complaints.
Keeping Watch of the progress of the construction and closely monitor timelines for each milestone activities at each of the projects under his control.
Checking Material requisition received from sites and concur for purchase and forward to President- Projects Approval.
Scrutinise Labour payment bills and forward to President Project for approval.
Recording and re-verifying non- conforming outputs.
Maintenance of ISO Records.
Preparation of Monthly client Billing.
Prepare project closure report.
