You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the design of composite structures such as IT & IES, commercial, industrial, or institutional buildings.,

Job Description :- Experience in Civil/ structural construction of industrial buildings, Heavy Machinery Foundations, Boilers, Bunkers, Silos, control rooms, Construction of Twin flue RCC chimneys etc. Experience in the construction of Steel Plants. Power Plant, SMS, Rolling Mill, DRI-Plant, Plant and PGP. Intake Well & pump house, Raw/treated Water pipe line, Water reservoirs, Water Treatment plant, Ash dykes and industrial piping. Infrastructure projects, roads & drainage system/ housing colonies/ guest house/ office buildings etc. Technological Solution for Concrete Repair & Restoration & Skilled Knowledge regarding utilization of Special Concrete for special concrete structure. including Civil& refractory work New Blast furnace foundation work Civil works of Gas booster station, Cooling towers, Civil works of RMHP including dismantling of RCC structures (brown field job) and other work associated with 2.40MT growth plan POT ROOM civil/ foundation work Construction of ABF including refractory work Involved in Planning/ Client invoicing/ Sub- contractor billing/ MIS work experience, spearheading the entire project & commercial functions for ensuring successful completion of multiple projects within time, cost for high value CAPEX, Capacity building Greenfield & Brownfield Industrial Integrated Steel / Captive Power Plant Projects / Infrastructure Projects from Concept / Design stage to pre- commissioning stage Rich Experience in leading & delivering end-to end EPCM project service including engineering co-ordination, value engineering, construction & operational safety integration at design stage, benchmarking with the global engineering and cost analysis, scoping, planning & scheduling, contract management, modern safe benchmarked construction & installation practices implementation, spearheading projects Cost and resource optimization, Quality & HSE Management, talent identification, onboarding, project team development and seamless integration and Team Management Conceptualize the detailed project reports; take off documents, Project execution programme after thorough discussion with clients, site selection, and project evaluation in terms of outlays. Plan schedules for execution of structures using conventional and specialized form work. Design and detailing of buildings, machine foundations and industrial structures. STAAD PRO Knowledge Establish time span of project execution as per client specifics. Effective and optimum use of available resources. Proficient with present construction methodologies, systems in compliance with quality standards. Comprehensive experience in concept design & development, working drawings, co-ordination with consultants and Periodic site supervision. Site & Construction Management :- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output. Review of engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for change orders, review & analyze contractor's change order proposals & submittals. Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements. Materials Management :- Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that strategies & plans are aligned with project requirements. Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms. Commercial Operations / Coordination :- Managing the tendering process from floating of bids & tenders to awarding of contracts; coordinating with contractors with regard to techno-commercial negotiations. Conducting meetings with client & consultant on contractual matters regarding progress of works, claim situations and other construction issues.
