Role & responsibilities Precise Knowledge of all aspect of Civil Construction. Responsible for QA/QC Documentation including Calibration Certificates,Test Results, Inspection Reports / Results, Non- Compliance Reports/ Closure Reports, Site Instructions/ Observation Records. Review the Quality of Materials received at site to ensure they conform to Acceptance Criteria. Ensure implementation of all Test and Inspection Schedules. Ensure Compliance to QMS standards and Procedures. Ensure continuous application of all QA/QC Processes and recommend Corrective essential. Knowledge of QMS and ISO Standards is essential. Ensure Check Lists are followed for all construction activities. Co-ordinate with captive / Third party RMC plants in maintaining quality of Concrete. Co-ordinate with PMC and client regarding Quality Assurances. Co-ordinate with Safety for House keeping Preferred candidate profile Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering With Minimum 10 Years experience in Civil Construction Projects.

Sub Contractor / Labour bill Preparation and obtain necessary approvals. Client Bill preparation co-ordinate with site team. Submission of MIS Reports to Management using the Civil Construction ERP Software / Excel / MS Project. Monitoring Programme Schedule Vs Actual Monitoring the construction of the project as per GFC Drawings and MCP. Raise purchase indent as per BOQ. Organise Scaffolding & Shuttering materials from central stores Monitor the output of External Service provider Monitor and reduce wastage of Materials. Monitor Daily Reconciliation. Motivate and support the team to achieve landmarks on committed Target dates Monitor and ensure check lists are followed for all activities during execution Implement Quality Management System Ensuring adherence to Mandatory / Legal Regulation. Qualification Profile: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering With Minimum 20 Years experience in executing Civil Construction Projects, especially having experience in Highrise Buildings / Factory / Ware House, Industrial Buildings. Experience in handling minimum 20 to 30 Engineers. Good Communication Skill Written and oral, Experience in ERP Software will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: He is the Head of projects under his control and is overall in charge of these projects. Responsibilities Include :- Prepare and update Dynamic schedule. Preparing resource planning and obtaining approval from President- Projects for deployment of required Plant & Machineries and Manpower. Organising and Mobilising the Manpower and Machineries as per site requirements. Participating in Project Review meetings and providing support. Attend client meetings and ensure compliance of client, suggestions and complaints. Keeping Watch of the progress of the construction and closely monitor timelines for each milestone activities at each of the projects under his control. Checking Material requisition received from sites and concur for purchase and forward to President- Projects Approval. Scrutinise Labour payment bills and forward to President Project for approval.
