Job Description

Reports To: -

Measure the drawings and calculate the quantities of materials required.

Maintain and update Approved list of External Service providers.

Processing of External services providers bills.

Preparation of Bill of Quantities (Project wise).
Should have minimum 5 years experience in using the BBS for accurate material estimation and costing.

Preparation of Tender Documents.

Preparation and checking of client bills.

Qualification Profile

Bachelor's Diploma in Civil Engineering With Minimum 5 Years experience as QS in Civil Construction Projects with BBS Expertise.

P.G Diploma in QS & Valuation as additional qualification will be preferable.

Working Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Projects is essential.
