Experience in Estimating, Tendering, Reconciliation, Material, Cost Control,

Preparation of BOQs and Budgeting Management of Building projects

Good knowledge of 3Ds-Max, Auto Cad, REVIT, STAD Pro, MS Project, MS office & outlook

Desired Profile

Responsible for BOQ variation tracking, co-ordinate/approvals-client documentation
Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & thly reconciliation statements Provide cost to completion for individual project Estimating, Tendering, Pre Contract Administration, Post Contract Administration such as Procurement of contractors
