Position Senior Quantity Surveyor (Buildings) Designation Senior Manager/ Manager Job Description 10 to 15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor(Exclusively of building projects) Experience in Estimating, Tendering, Reconciliation, Material, Cost Control, preparation of BOQs and Budgeting Management of Building projects. Good knowledge of 3Ds-Max, Auto Cad, REVIT, STAD Pro, MS Project, MS office & outlook. Experience 10-15 years Location Gurugram Qualification B.E (Civil)/ Masters in QS (preferably) Desired Profile Responsible for BOQ variation tracking, co-ordinate/approvals-client documentation. Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements. Provide cost to completion for individual project. Estimating, Tendering, Pre Contract Administration, Post Contract Administration such as Procurement of contractors.
