Position AVP/GM Designation General Manager Job Description Architect with Masters in Planning 15- 20 years of experience in master planning, urban infrastructure planning, techno- feasibility projects. Experience in the field of urban planning and urban finance- DP, MP, Sectoral assessment, urban infra planning, etc . He/ She should be willing to travel in India & outside. Candidates working with Developers/ real estate need not to apply. Desired Profile developing creative and original planning solutions as per project specifications. researching and designing planning policies to guide development. designing layouts and drafting design statements. using information technology systems such as CAD (computer-aided design) or GIS (geographical information systems). scheduling available resources to meet planning targets. writing reports, often of a complex nature, which make recommendations or explain detailed regulations.
