Senior Dynamic Foundation Engineer Specialist

As a Civil/Structural Engineer specializing in Dynamic Foundation Design, you should possess a B.Tech/B.E or higher degree (M.Tech/ME) with a minimum of 11-15 years of experience. Your expertise should include a strong proficiency in design concepts with hands-on engineering experience specifically in dynamic foundation design and reinforced concrete analysis for industrial buildings and structures in power projects or similar industries. You should have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in dynamic foundation designs such as table top without springs, tap top with springs, block foundation without spring, block foundation with spring, block on spring on steel structure, and piles among others. Proficiency in analytical software like STAAD, SAFE, ETABS, SAP, ANSIS, etc., is essential. Familiarity and application of IS codes/standards, as well as American, British, DIN, European codes of practices for both domestic and international projects, are required. Previous experience in reviewing multiple domestic and international projects is highly valued. Leadership qualities are essential as you will be expected to work as a Reviewer/Lead Engineer in multi-disciplinary EPC projects. The role will involve guiding multiple teams, resolving site and interdisciplinary issues, and managing customer interactions effectively. Experience in a 3D environment is preferred for this position. This role is based in Vadodara, and you will be a part of the L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions team.
