SALES ENGINEER

As a Sales Engineer in the Construction Equipment Business at L&T Construction and Mining Machinery, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales and marketing activities for the company's products in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka regions. With a qualification of B.E. Mechanical or DME and 2-5 years of experience in sales of construction equipment, you will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating contract terms, meeting existing and prospective customers regularly, and guiding dealer Sales Engineers on product finalization and support. To excel in this position, you must possess strong technical knowledge of construction equipment, effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages, and the ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders. Your role will also require you to demonstrate confidence, attention to detail, perseverance, and endurance, along with effective negotiation, teamworking, and organizational skills.
