SALES ENGINEER

As a Sales Engineer at L&T Construction & Mining Machinery, your role will involve being a key point of contact for customers, providing pre and after-sales advice, and driving the end-to-end sales cycle. Your primary focus will be on customer acquisition, building long-term relationships, and promoting LTCEL & Komatsu products in the Construction & Mining Equipment Industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify potential sales leads in designated regions to maximize customer potential - Develop and manage long-term relationships with customers by understanding and meeting their requirements - Persuade clients on the suitability of our products in terms of quality, price, and delivery - Negotiate contract terms to meet both client and company needs - Collaborate with dealers and guide Sales Engineers for finalizing products and providing support - Regularly capture machine performance reports and customer testimonials - Work towards achieving budgeted equipment sales numbers quarterly - Identify key customers in the area and ensure all necessary activities are completed to strengthen relationships **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4-8 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipment like excavators, compactors, and loaders **Skills and Experience:** - Strong technical knowledge of products in the industry - Ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders - Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and Oriya - Confidence, outgoing personality, attention to detail, perseverance, and endurance - Proficient in negotiation, teamwork, and organizational skills L&T Construction & Mining Machinery, a part of Larsen & Toubro Group, is a pioneer in excavator technology in India and has established strong partnerships with global leaders to offer quality products.
