Building Facade site Inspectors

Role Overview: You will be part of an international design firm specializing in Building Envelopes, Facade Engineering, Architectural Engineering, BIM, and Complex 3D designs. As a B. Engg Graduate with a minimum of 60% CGPA, you will work on various interesting Building Faade Projects. Your role will involve working with a team of engineers, architects, and designers, understanding and reading architectural/technical drawings, carrying out inspections at factory and site works, preparing reports, tracking issues, communicating and coordinating with the building construction team, and performing office and site inspection work. Key Responsibilities: - Work with a team of engineers, architects, and designers - Understand and read architectural/technical drawings - Conduct inspections at factory and site works under the guidance of Senior members - Prepare reports, track issues, follow-ups, and complete tasks - Communicate and coordinate with the building construction team - Perform both office and site inspection work Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering with good English communication skills in reading and writing - Minimum of 4 to 6 years of site experience in pre-fabrication, steel construction, plant construction, industrial, or any type of buildings - Project Management certification or similar qualification would be an added advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Reports, Emails, etc. - Physically fit and able to work on construction sites to carry out building faade works quality checks (training will be provided by senior specialists) - Proactive, team player, and willing to carry out various inspections at factory and site works - Passion for learning and adapting to challenging building construction works (Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description.),
