Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the food and beverages sector . The role involves working with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) setup and requires coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery within time, cost, quality, and safety parameters. Key Responsibilities: Lead construction activities from ground-breaking to commissioning for F&B processing plants, bottling units, cold storage, warehouses, or packaging facilities. Act as the key PMC representative at the project site, ensuring full compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams: architectural, civil, MEP, HVAC, utility, automation, and process equipment vendors. Monitor day-to-day site operations to ensure timely execution and adherence to quality standards. Review and verify contractor billings, material reconciliation, and resource planning. Implement and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols specific to the food & beverages sector. Prepare and present project progress reports, dashboards, and risk mitigation plans to senior stakeholders. Handle construction documentation, including drawings, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists. Liaise with statutory authorities for inspections, clearances, and approvals as needed

Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of large-scale Food & Beverage (F&B) plant projects , ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires extensive coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client expectations. Lead feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical due diligence. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. 2. Design & Engineering Coordination: Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and process engineers. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory design requirements (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards). Review and approve design drawings and technical documentation. 3. Procurement & Contracts: Support the client in preparing RFPs, evaluating bids, and appointing contractors/vendors. Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of critical equipment (e.g., processing lines, utilities, packaging systems). 4. Execution & Construction Management: Oversee site mobilization, civil & structural works, MEP services, utility installation, and process equipment commissioning. Lead site coordination meetings, monitor progress, and resolve issues on-ground. Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. 5. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Serve as the single point of contact between client and project teams. Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and MIS reports.
