Your key tasks will involve preparing and reviewing design proposals, technical drawings, and calculations for steel structures. Additionally, you will work on project estimation, costing, and tendering documentation while ensuring compliance with international codes and standards such as AISC, BS, IS, and Eurocodes. Collaboration with sales, project, and execution teams to offer technical inputs during bidding and proposal stages will be essential. To excel in this role, you are required to hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering and ideally a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering. You should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in proposal/design engineering within steel construction or EPC companies. Proficiency in design and detailing software like STAAD Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, and SAP2000 is necessary. Moreover, strong knowledge of international codes and standards, the ability to prepare technical drawings, structural calculations, and specifications, and a good understanding of project costing, estimation, and tendering processes are essential. Your success in this position will be driven by your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and your capacity to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple proposals effectively. A proactive approach and being a team player will also be key competencies that will contribute to your effectiveness in this role. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 30,000-40,000 based on experience.,

Civil Planning Engineer 6-8 years of Experience, BE Civil Location Konsari, Maharashtra Role Overview A civil planning engineer with 6-8years of experience in commercial and residential structures is expected to: • Plan, schedule, and execute construction projects, ensuring completion within designated deadlines and budgets. • Develop detailed project schedules (using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project), work breakdown structures (WBS), and manage all phases from design to execution. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, site supervisors, quantity surveyors, and contractors. • Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents to estimate resources and costs. • Monitor and report on project progress, handle risk assessments, and manage change control through documentation like extension of time (EOT) claims. • Prepare and present detailed progress and analytical reports to management and clients. • Oversee adherence to safety protocols and compliance with local regulations and standards. • Participate in feasibility assessments, project meetings, and stakeholder communication. • Provide technical input for tender schedules and cash flow forecasts.
