BIM Modeler

As a BIM Modeler Architect at our company located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in creating, developing, and managing architectural 3D models using BIM tools to facilitate design, documentation, and coordination activities. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed BIM models for architectural projects, producing 2D drawings and 3D views, coordinating with various disciplines for clash detection, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and company standards. Your key responsibilities will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate and high-quality BIM models. You will be expected to follow project BIM Execution Plans, create construction documentation from BIM models, and support project teams in resolving modeling and technical issues. Additionally, you will assist in design iterations and visualizations, staying updated on BIM advancements, software updates, and best practices. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and the Autodesk construction cloud platform is essential, along with expertise in creating architecture drawings for various building types. Knowledge of add-ins like Dynamo and PyRevit will be advantageous, as well as experience in managing BIM models for data centers, hotels, hospitals, and other residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, coordinate with engineering teams, and resolve clashes will be critical to success in this role. If you have experience with PyRevit and Di-Roots, it will be considered an added advantage, demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the field of BIM modeling for architecture.,
