The Regional Sales Head is responsible for driving resort sales, corporate accounts, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) business across the assigned region. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, leading the regional sales team, and achieving revenue targets to support the companys growth and profitability in the hospitality sector. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and occupancy targets. Manage and mentor a team of sales managers/executives across multiple hotel properties. Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers. Coordinate with marketing and operations to align campaigns and customer experiences. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
