Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler, based in Amritsar. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed building information models, interpreting architectural and construction drawings, collaborating on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs, and ensuring models adhere to project requirements. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with design and construction teams to maintain project accuracy and progress. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and methodologies Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Knowledge of construction workflows and processes Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience with relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred Previous experience in BIM modeling within construction projects will be a plus
