Job Description

You will be joining Instead as a Director of Talent Acquisition, where you will lead and scale the global recruiting function. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end recruiting process, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring exceptional talent acquisition across all departments and regions. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads to build scalable recruiting systems and support Instead's rapid growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters responsible for full-cycle hiring. - Design and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future hiring needs. - Own the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality hires. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans. - Implement data-driven recruiting processes and metrics for success. - Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. - Oversee ATS management, recruiting operations, and compliance with global hiring policies. - Champion a world-class candidate experience and drive employer branding initiatives. - Continuously improve interview processes, scorecards, and recruiter enablement. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting leadership, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or Tax services environment. - Proven experience managing recruiters and building scalable hiring processes. - Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting across multiple disciplines. - Ability to partner with senior leadership and hiring managers globally. - Experience with modern recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems. - Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. **Additional Details:** Instead is a cutting-edge AI-powered tax technology company with a collaborative, mission-driven team.
