Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex engineering issues.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
