Director of Design

to join our growing team and drive design excellence across our product ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a talented team of designers across multiple product lines
Define and execute design strategy that aligns with business objectives
Champion user-centered design principles and drive design thinking across the organization
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver world-class experiences
Build and scale design systems that enable consistent, high-quality user experiences
Drive innovation in the fintech space, making financial services more accessible and intuitive

What We’re Looking For

12+ years of design experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing design teams
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services (preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and strategic thinking
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
