Financial Outcomes

• Architect and scale enterprise-grade data, ML, and AI platforms

  that directly enable TCPL’s business KPIs, margin expansion, and growth objectives.

• Optimize data pipelines, AI workflows, storage, and compute

  using advanced engineering practices to deliver high performance and cost efficiency across global operations.

Customer Service

• Partner with core business functions

  (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to design scalable, future-ready data solutions for complex and evolving business scenarios.

• Enable seamless data access and AI model deployment

  by collaborating closely with analytics, reporting, and AI teams to accelerate decision-making and innovation.

Internal Processes

• Translate strategic business priorities into technical architecture blueprints and engineering roadmaps

  , ensuring alignment with organization's digital transformation goals.

• Lead and govern internal engineering teams and external vendors

  to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality data infrastructure within agreed timelines and budgets.

Innovation and Learning

• Drive adoption of next-generation technologies

  including cloud-native platforms, data mesh, lakehouse architecture, and Generative AI to future-proof organization's data ecosystem.

• Lead architectural workshops and vendor engagements

  to co-create a modern, scalable, and resilient data platform that supports advanced analytics and AI capabilities.

Critical success factors for the Role

• Educational Foundation:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline from a Tier 1/2 institute, ensuring strong technical and analytical grounding.

• Cloud & Modern Data Expertise:

  Deep experience in designing and implementing cloud-native data architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, leveraging modern data platforms (Data Lakes, ingestion frameworks, Spark, Kafka) to enable scalability and agility.

• Data & AI Architecture Leadership:

  Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver next-generation data engineering strategies aligned with organization's digital transformation and growth objectives.

• Execution Excellence:

  Demonstrated success in leading large-scale data engineering programs across global operations, ensuring reliability, compliance, and performance.

• Business Partnering:

  Ability to engage senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to co-create data-driven solutions that unlock operational efficiencies and top-line growth.

• Stakeholder Influence:

  Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

• Innovation Mindset:

  Strong orientation toward emerging technologies such as Data Mesh, Generative AI, and real-time analytics to future-proof TCPL’s data ecosystem.
