Job Description

Director – Cyber Security (BFSI)

Director – Cyber Security

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cyber strategy, governance, cloud security, and end-to-end security operations engagements for BFSI clients.
Advise CXO-level stakeholders on evolving threats, regulatory expectations, and cyber maturity enhancement.
Drive presales activities including solution design, proposals, client presentations, and deal shaping.
Oversee large cyber transformation programs including SIEM/SOAR, SOC build/run, threat management, CTEM, ASM, BAS and AppSec.
Ensure full compliance with RBI, SEBI, CSCRF and sector-specific security norms.
Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams and ensure high-value client experience.
Support growth of organization’s domestic cyber business through account mining, partnerships, and thought leadership.

What You Bring:

15–20+ years in cyber security with strong BFSI exposure in the Indian market.
Expertise in cyber operations, cloud security architecture, TPRM, VAPT/AppSec, and regulatory compliance.
Strong presales capability: proposals, workshops, scoping, and solutioning for large cyber programs.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently and convert opportunities into successful engagements.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP (preferred).
