Job Description

As an experienced Director Cyber Security in the BFSI sector, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding the cyber portfolio for our client in the Indian domestic market. Your expertise in cyber advisory, knowledge of RBI/SEBI regulations, and proven track record in driving security transformation for banks, NBFCs, exchanges, and financial institutions will be paramount in this client-facing role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute cyber strategy, governance, and cloud security initiatives for BFSI clients. - Provide expert guidance to CXO-level stakeholders on emerging threats, regulatory requirements, and enhancing cyber maturity. - Drive presales activities including designing solutions, creating proposals, delivering client presentations, and shaping deals. - Oversee major cyber transformation projects encompassing SIEM/SOAR, SOC operations, threat management, CTEM, ASM, BAS, and AppSec. - Ensure strict adherence to RBI, SEBI, CSCRF, and other sector-specific security regulations. - Manage diverse delivery teams effectively to deliver high-value services and enhance client satisfaction. - Contribute to the growth of the organization's domestic cyber business through account development, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives. What You Bring: - You should possess 15-20+ years of experience in cyber security with a strong focus on the BFSI sector in India. - Expertise in cyber operations, cloud security architecture, TPRM, VAPT/AppSec, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Demonstrated proficiency in presales activities such as creating proposals, conducting workshops, scoping projects, and designing solutions for large cyber programs. - Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and convert opportunities into successful engagements. - Possession of certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CCSP would be preferred to showcase your professional credentials.,
