Director of Analytics

As a member of the ProcDNA team, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of the latest analytics solutions to enhance business performance for our clients. Your role will involve leading project delivery, designing and implementing Proofs of Concept (POCs), and recruiting and developing a high-performing team. You will also collaborate with the leadership team on business development opportunities, establish thought leadership in the industry through insightful articles, and engage in analytics conferences to contribute to the strategic decision-making process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Project Delivery: Ensure successful client project delivery and identify new business opportunities. - POC and Analytics Development: Design and implement solutions to address business problems and data management needs for pharmaceutical clients. - Team Development: Recruit and cultivate a high-performing team to deliver quality work. - Business Development Collaboration: Partner with leadership to nurture strategic opportunities. - Thought Leadership: Write and publish articles to establish industry thought leadership. - Conference Engagement: Secure opportunities to present at analytics conferences and work with clients on data modeling for complex business problems. **Qualifications Required:** - 10-14 years of strong analytics experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, market strategy, segmentation, and analyzing large datasets. - Ability to manage multiple projects with a quality-focused approach. - Proven capability in developing new work streams, leading client engagements, and business development. - Experience in data development and enterprise-wide solutions.
