Director of Analytics

Role Overview: As the Customer and Marketing Data and AI Offer Lead at Artefact, you will play a crucial role in driving global customer data and analytics initiatives. You will lead projects focusing on Customer Data Strategy, CDP implementations, and Marketing Analytics to deliver data-driven insights and solutions to world-class brands. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project delivery excellence, developing compelling data-driven marketing solutions, and nurturing a high-performing offshore team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire lifecycle of Customer Data and Marketing Analytics projects, collaborating with onshore and client teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution while leading a team of offshore experts. - Provide technical guidance and support to offshore team members on CDP and marketing analytics technologies and best practices. - Support RFP and proposal processes, collaborate with global leadership to expand offshore capabilities, and stay updated on industry trends. - Recruit, hire, and mentor talented CDP and marketing analytics professionals, conducting interviews, assessments, and upskilling initiatives. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in Customer Data Management, CDPs, and Marketing Analytics, with at least 3 years in leadership positions. - Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Customer Data Strategy and CDP implementations, with a strong understanding of CDP platforms. - Hands-on experience in at least one Customer Data platform and building proposals for CDP Implementations. - Excellent project management skills, knowledge of data and AI technologies, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable results.,
