As the Head of Analytics at our Series A portfolio company, your visionary leadership will drive impactful insights and shape the future of consumer experiences. Your pivotal role will involve designing analytics frameworks, leading a high-performing team, and providing insights that fuel business growth and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligning with company goals. - Oversee the development of advanced analytical models like predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI. - Implement state-of-the-art analytics tools for efficient data exploration and visualization. - Drive the adoption of a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into key decision-making processes. - Mentor and lead a diverse team of data analysts, BI professionals, and data scientists. - Provide thought leadership in leveraging AI/ML for innovative, data-driven products. - Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the organization's analytics capabilities. **Requirements:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
