Director of Analytics (Growth Stage D2C start-up)

We're hiring an Analytics Leader for a fast-growing D2C startup based in Thane, Mumbai.

This is a high-impact role at a growth-stage company, ideal for someone eager to drive data-driven decision-making and scale analytics capabilities from the ground up.

Job Summary:

As an Analytics leader, you will be driving data strategy, leading high-impact analytics initiatives, and translating complex data into actionable insights to inform key business decisions. Person will collaborate cross-functionally with product, category, channel, and other teams to embed data-informed thinking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s data analytics strategy aligned with business goals
• Design scalable analytics frameworks and governance models to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven growth and optimization
• Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support decision-making

Requirements:

• 6- 10 years of experience in analytics or data science, with at least 2-3 years in leading team
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Person will be managing team of 4-5 members
