What You Will Be Doing

Director Of Academic Excellence Key Responsibilities
Scale our revolutionary academic model by harmonizing implementation across school networks, establishing world-class leadership benchmarks, and championing an evidence-based movement that's transforming educational paradigms through demonstrated success.
Basic Requirements
- Higher degree (Master's/Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or aligned field
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in academic or EdTech environments with documented exceptional student outcomes
- Demonstrated success in leveraging AI/technology to enhance learning velocity
- Established thought leadership portfolio including speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles
- Excellence in performance management and ability to inspire peak performance in high-achieving teams
- Mastery of data-driven decision making in educational contexts
- Strong stakeholder management skills across students, parents, and educational leaders
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Leadership experience in innovative educational ventures or experimental learning environments
- Proven ability to navigate diverse educational ecosystems across cultural and geographical boundaries
- Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles, particularly Bloom's 2 Sigma research

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
