We are seeking a senior revenue leader to drive end-to-end monetization for Golf
Rendezvous Premier League, including event sponsorships, and website/digital advertising
inventory across 4moles and GRPL platforms. The role demands strong closure ability,
strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
● Close high-value sponsorships: Title, Presenting, Associate, Team, Powered-by, and Category Partners
● Sell on-ground branding assets.
● Customize sponsorship packages aligned with brand objectives and budgets
● Drive sales of website ad inventory, including banners, takeovers, and sponsored content,
native ads, and video placements
● Monetize digital assets across GRPL & 4moles platforms: websites, newsletters, social
media, and app (if applicable)
● Sell integrated media packages combining event + digital visibility
● Work closely with marketing and tech teams to define inventory, pricing, impressions,
and deliverables
● Track digital performance metrics (impressions, CTRs, reach) for advertiser reporting
● Own and achieve media + sponsorship revenue targets
● Build inventory valuation models and pricing strategies
● Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and closure timelines
● Ensure timely invoicing and collections coordination
● Leverage existing networks with brands, media agencies, and advertisers
● Conduct CXO-level pitches and commercial negotiations
● Build long-term partnerships beyond the league season
● Ensure sponsor and advertiser deliverables are met pre, during, and post-event
● Act as the primary SPOC for key media and sponsorship clients
● Deliver post-campaign performance and ROI reports
● Proven experience in media sales / digital ad inventory sales, and sponsorship
closures
● Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, digital media metrics, and ad inventory
planning
● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
● Target-driven with the ability to close large-ticket deals
● Experience handling premium and corporate clients
● 6+ years in media houses, digital platforms, sports marketing, events, or ad sales
● Prior experience selling website inventory, branded content, or digital campaigns
● MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Media, or Sports Management preferred
● CTC up to Rs 25 LPA
