Marketing Operations & Analytics Own marketing budget and ROI metrics across channels. Lead a high-performing team across growth, content, creative, and community. Continuously experiment, analyze, and iterate using data to drive decisions and scale what works. What Were Looking For: 6-12 years of experience in growth, marketing, or digital leadership roles. Prior experience in fintech, crypto, D2C, or a consumer internet company is a strong plus. Deep understanding of India s retail investor psyche, internet user behavior, and growth levers. Proven track record of building channels from 0 1 and scaling them profitably. Strong analytical mindset with comfort across CAC, LTV, ROI, funnel metrics.
