Role Overview
We invite a skilled PR Manager to lead the narrative for two distinctive Made in Bharat brands: Hado, a next-generation functional beverage offering zero-sugar, prebiotic sodas that support gut health with a global-standard taste; and SW\u0100H, dedicated to reviving India\u2019s heirloom rice varieties while empowering rural farmers. Your role will be to craft a compelling founder story that harmonizes authentic heritage with innovation to define and elevate both brands in their respective markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand goals.
  • Build corporate and leadership visibility in line with the startup\u2019s growth story.
  • Plan and implement always-on PR and media initiatives to ensure continuous brand presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with trade, consumer, lifestyle, and industry media.
  • Drive thought leadership through founder stories, interviews, and expert commentary.
  • Monitor media coverage, track campaign effectiveness, and optimize PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with brand team to integrate PR with broader brand activities.
  • Manage influencer and external partnerships relevant to brand positioning.
  • Curate and manage PR events, founder sessions, and experiential activations to enhance the brand\u2019s emotional connect.


    Requirements

    • Agency background mandatory.
    • Experience in FMCG and or D2C will be advantage.
    • Passion for blending brand-building with business impact.
