Responsibilities:Identify organic food buyers at the international level and convert them into regular customers.Build a strong network of organic (NOP and NPOP) food buyers at the international level.Own and hit/exceed annual sales targetsDevelop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsAnalyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.Key RequirementsStrong track record of success with prior experience in the organic food industryProven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targetsPrevious experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing directorAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levelProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeProven ability to position products against competitorsGood listening, negotiation and presentation skillsGood verbal and written communications skillsStrong leadership and team-building skills
