Job Description

Develop and execute Accops enterprise marketing strategy, elevating brand presence in global VDI and secure remote access markets
Lead high-impact demand generation campaigns via digital and channel partner routes, delivering a consistent pipeline for sales
Drive compelling messaging and communications across all channels, shaping market perception of Accops value proposition
Achieve annual lead generation targets in line with $1M+ managed marketing budget
Mentor, retain, and develop the marketing team for high performance and cross-functional collaboration, reporting directly to the CEO
Establish and manage partner marketing programs, enhancing lead quality and scalability through the channel ecosystem
Implement strategic customer communications to improve engagement,retention, and advocacy for all enterprise segments

Skill Set Needed:

Proven track record in B2B enterprise software marketing; experience in VDI,cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure preferred
Strategic leadership in marketing, including digital demand generation,campaign management, and brand positioning
Deep understanding of channel partner lead generation and co-marketing programs
Excellence in crafting differentiated messaging for complex technology solutions and driving multichannel campaigns
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, analytics, and modern MarTech stack to optimize ROI and funnel conversion
Strong budget management skills (experience with $1M+ annual marketing budgets)
Data-driven decision maker, expert communicator, and exceptional team leader able to operate at C-suite level
