The Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy for a fast-paced technology company, driving brand growth, product adoption, and customer engagement in a highly competitive digital landscape. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in tech marketing, SaaS growth strategies, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy tailored to technology products and services.
  • Position the company as an industry leader through innovative campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Identify emerging tech trends and leverage them for competitive advantage.
  • Growth & Demand Generation

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital channels, content marketing, and performance campaigns.
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives to ensure successful launches and adoption.
  • Data-Driven Marketing

  • Implement advanced analytics and marketing automation tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
  • Brand & Communication

  • Build a strong brand presence across digital platforms, events, and tech communities.
  • Manage PR, media relations, and influencer partnerships within the tech ecosystem.
  • Team Leadership

  • Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team with expertise in digital, product, and growth marketing.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and agility.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain or reduce CAC while scaling growth.
  • Increase LTV through retention and upsell strategies.
  • Achieve quarterly targets for MQL generation.
  • Improve funnel conversion rates across campaigns and channels.
  • Track growth in brand mentions, share of voice, and social engagement.
  • Increase organic and paid traffic with improved engagement metrics.
  • Deliver positive ROI on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Meet adoption and engagement targets for new product releases.
  • Marketing-driven revenue growth as a percentage of total revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the technology sector, with at least 1 year in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in scaling SaaS or tech products globally.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth hacking, and emerging technologies (AI, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with developer communities and B2B tech marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
