Description
Asset Lifecycle Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and their configurations. Monitor asset performance and utilization, making recommendations for improvements. Compliance and Optimization: Ensure compliance with asset management policies and software licensing agreements and audit requirements. Optimize asset utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities. Lead the Software contract renewal process with business stakeholders for timely completion. AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to enhance asset management processes, including predictive analytics for asset performance, automated compliance checks, and AI-driven optimization strategies Supplier Governance Framework Development: Implement and continuously improve the supplier governance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, performance, and alignment with business goals. Supplier Relationship Management: Serve as the executive point of contact for key strategic suppliers, drive strategic reviews, performance assessments, and executive-level relationship management. Supplier Performance & Risk Management: Monitor supplier performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs), ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and proactively manage supplier-related risks, including financial, operational, and regulatory. Contract Oversight: Oversee compliance with contract terms, track key milestones and renewal dates, and support contract negotiations and amendments as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with legal, procurement, finance, IT, and operational teams to align IT Asset & Supplier strategies with business needs and regulatory requirements. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular executive reports and dashboards on IT Asset & Supplier performance, risk exposure, and value delivery.
