Job Summary:

The Director Center of Excellence (CoE) will lead strategic initiatives, innovation programs, and best-practice frameworks across the organization. This role involves governance, capability development, process excellence, and cross-functional leadership to drive organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the Center of Excellence strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop best practices, standards, and governance models.
  • Drive innovation, digital transformation, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify improvement areas and deliver solutions.
  • Oversee CoE programs, performance metrics, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Ensure alignment between organizational goals and CoE initiatives.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership.
