Director Of Inside Sales


Core responsibilities:


  • Nurture and manage your team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Identify and generate prospect opportunities, taking a strategic approach to prospect engagement.
  • Report on team and Individual results and KPIs, constantly driving performance improvement.
  • Responsible for new business generation; developing and executing sales strategies in the digital domain possible for new business development and logos.
  • Define and execute inside sales strategy for new business acquisition and account growth.
  • Mentor and lead sales development and account executives to achieve collective targets.
  • Drive adoption of structured sales processes, CRM hygiene, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Meeting planned leads target
  • Work with marketing team on lead nurturing and generation plans.
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and establish long-term, successful partnerships.


What does the candidate require for this role?


  • 10+ year of experience of outbound sales.
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Previous experience within a B2B SDR / BDR or Sales Management role, leading a team.
  • Experience of running campaigns prospecting enterprise sized prospects and c-suite level decision makers at such organizations.
  • Proven track record of success and achieving measurable goals.
  • A creative and strategic approach to prospecting. This is not a high-volume, fast dial approach. Identify, nurture and engage prospects over time using a multi-channel approach.
  • Any relevant sales training certifications are desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
