Position Summary   
  The role will provide HR leadership for the site, driving all HR processes and programs in collaboration with the global HR leaders for approximately ten Danaher operating companies. The HR leader will partner with the VP/Site Leader of the IDC to drive a common people strategy and vision across operating companies. This will involve melding a culture of independent Opco identity while creating IDC site alignment in areas critical to creating a high performing operating culture and employment brand. The role requires strategic capability to create and deliver a compelling vision for the HR and site teams.  
  
   
 Key Responsibilities   
  Implementation of Danaher HR policies, programs and people processes, ensuring legal compliance. Works to harmonize local site operating practices across opco s where appropriate.  
  Partner with opco site leaders to effectively acquire talent while driving the D&I agenda for the organization; customize & develop strategies to build the IDC/Danaher brand within the local talent marketplace  
  Drive and manage Performance Management processes ensuring leaders are following through with the annual process; works with site leadership to develop and maintain consistent standards for high performance.  
  Consult with stakeholders on internal movement decisions, transfers, promotions, job enhancements and ensures they are in line with company policy and career framework. Support and drive local talent process in support of global OTA process for all operating companies.  
  Deliver on HR KPI s in areas of people strategy, talent acquisition, engagement, talent management, succession planning, compliance, and retention  
  Drive a DBS culture within the HR team by practicing daily management, visual management, standard work, and PSP. Drive and deliver Danaher training and development programs for associates.  
  Deliver change management in alignment with the Opco growth strategy.  
  Work with site leadership to build a culture of high engagement and retention and partner with local managers to improve engagement accountability  
  Build a high performing HR team capable of partnering with business leaders in a high-growth environment.  
  
   
 Education & Experience   
  Postgraduate in HR from a reputed B-School, with a minimum of 15+ years of HR leadership experience.  
  Strong preference for experience in HR from technology/ R&D/ allied IT industry with a Development Center background  
  Experience in Manufacturing HR; managing Engineering centers and manufacturing facilities  
  Experience in people management, managing a young & diverse team of professionals  
  Demonstrated experience in working for multinational companies with global stakeholders in a matrix environment - Experience in working in a high performance/ metrics driven culture  
  Strong Business partnering experience to drive the business strategy forward along with ability to lead and drive change  
  Proven ability to attract technology talent & build an organization in a rapid expansion environment  
  Solid knowledge in Indian Labor Laws
