Director Enterprise Sales

As a Director Enterprise Sales with the leading Traveltech company based in Gurgaon, your role will involve core team responsibilities with direct mentorship from founders and P&L ownership. You will be tasked with developing and managing complex sales strategies, forecasting potential revenue streams, and delivering predictable and healthy MRR. Your willingness to engage with top management and CXOs to drive product deployment will be crucial. Identifying potential customers, developing new business opportunities, converting new customers, and effectively growing existing ones will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to manage and drive growth and margin targets for your respective geography, attract, retain, and manage talent across teams, and coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality service for clients. Being a mentor to your team and addressing training gaps will also be essential. Qualifications and Skills: - 7-16 years of enterprise sales experience. - Willingness to be part of a dynamic team building a disruptive and sustainable business. - Strong curiosity and communication skills to convey the value addition of TravelPlus. - Team handling experience with the ability to provide feedback and guidance. - Proven track record in a hypergrowth environment, capable of zero to 1 and 1 to 100. - Ability to motivate the team towards achieving shared goals.,
