We now seek a senior enterprise leader who can take this strong foundation and convert it into structured, scalable enterprise revenue.


Role Overview


We’re hiring a Director – Enterprise Business Development who excels at:

• Converting warm networks & founder-led relationships

• Managing and expanding CXO-level accounts

• Selling learning, capability, and AI transformation solutions

• Owning revenue, renewals, and growth


This is a strategic role for someone who is strong in relationship mining, consultative selling, and enterprise account expansion.


Key Responsibilities


1. Convert Founder-Led Network into Revenue

• Engage contacts introduced by founders and convert warm leads into qualified opportunities.

• Re-activate past prospects, pilot accounts, and dormant relationships.

• Build structured pipelines from events, roundtables, conferences, and partner ecosystems.


2. Build, Own & Deepen CXO Relationships

• Be the face of Ikigai for CHROs, L&D Heads, Digital/Transformation Leaders, GCC Directors, and PSU leadership.

• Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to understand capability gaps, AI-readiness maturity, and business priorities.

• Establish long-term trust and strategic engagement.


3. Enterprise Deal Ownership

• End-to-end responsibility: discovery → proposal → solution design → negotiation → closure.

• Build compelling proposals for:

• AI Upskilling

• Capability Transformation

• Leadership Learning

• Digital/AI Literacy Waves

• On-the-Job Project Learning

• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.


4. Account Farming & Expansion

• Convert pilots to multi-cohort, multi-business-unit rollouts.

• Expand accounts across verticals, geographies, leadership layers, and new capability themes.

• Identify renewal cycles and proactively own them.


5. Delivery Partnership & Client Success

• Work closely with Learning & Delivery teams to ensure commitments are met.

• Track program impact, generate ROI reports, and prepare business reviews.

• Convert impact into testimonials, case studies, and reference accounts.


What We Are Looking For


Must-Have Attributes

• Exceptional relationship builder with high executive presence.

• Strong at mining warm relationships, not just cold hunting.

• Able to speak the language of HR/L&D, capability transformation, AI and future skills.

• Consultative and strategic thinker — can connect learning to business value.

• Proactive, credible, trustworthy, and disciplined in follow-through.

• Thrives in a founder-led, high-ownership, high-speed environment.


Experience

• 7–15 years in:

• Enterprise BD

• HR/L&D consulting

• Leadership development

• HR tech / Talent tech

• Digital/AI capability building

• Prior success selling to CHROs, L&D Heads, and Transformation leaders.

• Track record of closing 20L–1Cr+ enterprise deals.

• Experience in GCCs or PSUs is a strong plus.


Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

• Revenue generated from founder-led relationships.

• Number of enterprise deals closed (corporate, GCC, PSU).

• Pilot-to-scale conversion rate.

• Renewal & expansion revenue.

• Consistent CXO engagement cadence.

• Client NPS ≥ 8/10.

• Referenceable case studies produced.


Compensation

• Fixed: ₹18 LPA

• Variable: ₹12 LPA

• ESOP: 0.1–0.3%
