Role Overview: As a senior creative at Conran Design Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team to deliver top-notch creative work that challenges clients. Your responsibilities will include shaping the creative culture, making critical creative decisions, fostering client relationships, and leading projects from ideation to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Work alongside other Head of Design, client service, and production leads to surpass client expectations and deliver high-quality creative work. - Uncover and articulate strategic insights for creative briefs, foster creative thinking, and effectively communicate ideas to the team and clients. - Take ownership of the successful outcome of all assigned creative projects. - Establish and uphold creative standards within the team, serving as a positive role model to empower exceptional work. - Encourage a comprehensive approach to the team's creative process and urge them to consider the implications of their ideas. - Present creative concepts confidently and pitch them persuasively to clients in high-level presentations. - Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager to ensure efficient allocation of creative resources. Qualification Required: - 12+ years of experience in a senior design role within a media agency or similar environment, focusing on corporate branding and packaging design. - Proven track record of leading successful corporate branding and packaging design projects, showcased in your portfolio. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. - Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and composure in high-pressure situations. - Possess strong organizational skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements. - Attention to detail, initiative, and active contribution of ideas. - Ability to present confidently in client meetings, presentations, and pitches. - Encourage curiosity and provide/receive feedback positively. - Passion for learning new skills and fostering a collaborative environment. - Exhibit strong leadership skills and earn trust and respect from clients and colleagues.
