The Opportunity

We are embedding AI into every workflow and scaling each unit aggressively. As Director of AI, Strategy & Business Transformation you will act as an internal special operations leader spotting opportunities, orchestrating cross functional squads, and converting prototypes into production systems that deliver measurable business impact.

What You ll Do

1. Strategic Road mapping

Translate C suite objectives into quarterly OKRs for all three business units.
Conduct rapid process audits, surface improvement levers, and shepherd initiatives to closure.

2. AI Implementation & Sustainability

Lead an AI in a Sprint program: select internal champions, build rapid POCs (agents, automations, predictive models), and guide them to production.
Publish reusable playbooks covering architecture, security, governance, and KPI reporting.
Deliver workshops so each department can iterate independently and sustainably.

3. Change Management

Own communication plans, adoption metrics, and risk logs.
Coach department heads to institutionalize a data and AI driven culture.

4. Team & Project Leadership

Form agile squads (internal talent + vendors) and manage timelines, budgets, and contracts.

5. Thought Leadership

Keep executives current on Gen AI, RPA, modern data platform trends, and regulatory shifts affecting IT consulting and staffing.

What You Bring

Experience:
8+ years in IT consulting or custom software development delivering digital transformation and/or AI/ML programs; exposure to staffing or ed tech is a plus.
Business Function Understanding:
Sales, Marketing, Technology experience is mandatory. HR. Operations, Software Delivery experience is plus.
Technical Depth:
Hands on with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, RPA, major clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern data stacks.
Education:
B.E./B.Tech. in CS, IT, or related field; MBA or comparable business qualification preferred.
Core Skills:
Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical problem solving, and change leadership in high growth environments.
Mobility:
Based in Ahmedabad with periodic travel to client sites and our U.S. HQ in Dublin, OH.
