The Opportunity We are embedding AI into every workflow and scaling each unit aggressively. As Director of AI, Strategy & Business Transformation you will act as an internal special operations leader spotting opportunities, orchestrating cross functional squads, and converting prototypes into production systems that deliver measurable business impact. What You ll Do 1. Strategic Road mapping Translate C suite objectives into quarterly OKRs for all three business units. Conduct rapid process audits, surface improvement levers, and shepherd initiatives to closure. 2. AI Implementation & Sustainability Lead an AI in a Sprint program: select internal champions, build rapid POCs (agents, automations, predictive models), and guide them to production. Education: B.E./B.Tech. in CS, IT, or related field; MBA or comparable business qualification preferred.
