Job Description

Program Leadership: Drive the delivery of the enterprise-wide Data Integration Hub (DIH) transformation program, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
Delivery Planning & Execution: Plan and manage all delivery activities of the DIH program, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, manage, and resolve program risks and issues to minimize delivery impact.
Scheduling & Dependencies: Develop, manage, and maintain the overall program schedule, including dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track, measure, and report program progress and performance to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Resource & Vendor Management: Oversee program resource planning, capacity management, and vendor engagements to support delivery objectives.
Budget Management: Manage program budget, financial forecasting, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and value realization.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data platform teams, and technology partners to ensure delivery outcomes meet business needs.
Technical Guidance: Leverage expertise in data warehousing, Spark, and big data platforms to guide architectural and solution design discussions.
Operating Model Transformation: Support the transition from centralized data integration to business-aligned data hubs, including governance, ownership, and delivery accountability.
Change Management: Oversee the communication, adoption, and integration of new processes and platforms across global business units and functions.
Team Leadership: Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across technology, data engineering, and business domains, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliveries meet enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and data security policies.
