Job Description

We have an urgent opening for the role of Cluster Sales Manager (CSM) in our Direct-to-Dealership (D2D) Channel for the following locations:

Jaipur / Patna / Chandigarh

Department: D2D

Reports To: Zonal Head

Role Overview:

The Cluster Sales Manager (CSM) – D2D Channel will be responsible for driving sales growth, dealership engagement, and channel expansion within the assigned cluster. The role will involve managing a team of Relationship Managers/Executives, ensuring dealer acquisition, activation, and business penetration to achieve sales targets and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Drive dealership sales targets across the assigned cluster.

Identify and onboard new dealerships to expand channel presence.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Monitor sales funnel, conversion ratios, and dealer productivity.

2. Dealer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.

Ensure dealer satisfaction through timely support, training, and business solutions.

Resolve dealership escalations and operational challenges effectively.

3. Team Management

Lead, guide, and motivate the cluster sales team to deliver business targets.

Conduct regular reviews, performance tracking, and provide coaching to improve productivity.


Key Deliverables:


Achievement of sales and revenue targets for the cluster.

Increase in active dealership base and market penetration.

Improved dealer productivity and relationship index.

Strong governance and compliance adherence.

Desired Candidate Profile:


Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field.

6–10 years of sales/channel management experience, preferably in D2D/Agency Channel Insurance Background.

Strong people management and dealer relationship skills.

Proven track record of handling sales targets and large teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
