Role Purpose

To provide hands-on support in project execution, operations, and quality, while undergoing structured training that equips you with technical, managerial, and leadership skills required for a long-term career in road safety and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Ground Learning
• Assist in the execution of road safety projects (Crash Barriers, Road Markings, Signages).
• Learn and support site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Innovation & Technology
• Work with digital tools, AutoCAD, and engineering software for designs and reporting.
• Learn about AI-driven monitoring tools, smart safety devices, and automated systems used in modern infrastructure.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Document site progress with daily logs, photos, and quality checklists.
• Support data collection for project performance and cost optimization.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior management.
• Collaboration & Growth
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Shadow senior engineers to understand client requirements and project lifecycles.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and cost savings.
• Safety & Sustainability
• Ensure adherence to zero-accident site policy.
• Learn sustainable practices in road safety materials and execution.
• Promote environmental and community-friendly engineering solutions.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong foundation in core diploma discipline (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics).
• Basic knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project).
• Curiosity to learn modern infrastructure technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on-site with adaptability to changing conditions.

Eligibility

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) OR
• Undergraduate Engineering Students (Final year / recently graduated – B.Tech / BE in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics).
• Strong academic background, high energy, and eagerness to learn.

Career Path at YNM Safety

• Year 1: Diploma Trainee Engineer (Training & Development Phase).
• Year 2: Engineer / Site Engineer / Quality Engineer.
• Year 3+: Project Engineer / Assistant Manager (based on performance).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
